We’re starting the new year with a Practical Portraiture Evening on Wednesday 7th January 2026.

This session is all about exploring the art of portrait photography. Whether you’re new to portraits or looking to refine your technique, this is a chance to experiment with lighting, posing, and composition in a relaxed and supportive environment.

👥 Members will work together as both photographers and models, giving everyone the chance to practise behind the lens and in front of it.

Bring along your camera and portrait lenses (a fast prime if you have one), plus a tripod or flash if you’d like to experiment further.
