Changeover day from prints to slide winners

Littlehampton Camera Club
Annual Exhibition'05 Part II.

The annual exhibition continues at the Town Museum (Get map) from the 9th August until the 17th September, during the museum opening times.Chairman working Club members Mike Constable, Ron Shanks and Maurice Sims have prepared the pictures for display and other members have assisted with arranging the exhibition.
As they are using the smaller Lens Room at the museum, the exhibition will be in two parts each lasting three weeks.
From the 30th August the pictures have been changed to the winning slide pictures, digitally converted into prints, until the exhibition ends on Saturday 17 September.
The winners of the enprints will be on display in the museum entrance throughout the whole period; these will be in A4 size prints again digitally enlarged. The exhibition has proved to be one of the museum's most popular annual events and the pictures show a varied range of subjects taken locally and all over the world.
Visitors can now return to see the second half of the exhibition as the work on display is equally as good as the first part's excellent pictures.
The club continues to enjoy great success and another excellent winter's programme has been organised for the members to enjoy.Lens room It consists of fun evenings, competitions and lectures. Included this winter are three digital "how to do it" lectures by well known photographers, as well as travelogues taken on journeys in the U.K. and around the world.

Meetings start on Wednesday 14 September 7.30.p.m. when the club's chairperson David Humphries gets the season off to a good start by showing his favourite pictures and journeys in his favourite continent. A friendly welcome awaits prospective members and guests.

The club will be supporting the Town Show on September 10th where further work from the club's members will be displayed and you can ask questions about the club and photography.
